Wine Festivals in Northeast Ohio

If you enjoy the excitement of wine tasting, music and lots of people, check out these events in the Northeast Ohio area.

Cleveland Wine Festival

The Cleveland Wine Festival is a two day event held in June each year at the Voinovich Park in Cleveland Ohio. If you have never attended a wine tasting, this is the place to go for great summer entertainment. With over 200 different types of wines from all the world, including local Ohio wines, you can taste the wines and order your favorite styles by the bottle or case. You can circulate through the park for wine tastings or visit the local restaurants that also offer wine tastings and purchases. Enjoy live music as you drink your wine or eat your food, all for $30 at the gate. The Cleveland Wine Festival also offers designated driver tickets for $10, and if you are under the legal drinking age of 21, you can get in free with a paying adult. Parking is available all around the park, and the RTA bus service also has drop off points in close proximity to the events. This festival is a must attend event.

Vintage Ohio Wine Festival

Vintage Ohio Wine Festival is a two day event held in August at Lake Farmpark in Kirtland Ohio. Like the Cleveland Wine Festival, Vintage Ohio offers wine tastings and live music. Craft exhibits will also be available during the festival, where you can see several demonstrations all around the entertainment. You can pay $25 for a one day pass or $40 for a two day pass for each days events. Tickets are $3 for children ages 3- 18 years old, and 2 and under is free. If your not into the wine tastings, there will be plenty of food to satisfy your taste buds. Sit around and listen to the music, check out a craft demonstration, and enjoy the crowd of people at this northeast Ohio event.
