those mistakes so many, myself include make, credit. Credit is something that at the age of eighteen I found myself not worried about. It was great having a credit card, not worrying if I had the money to buy the object I desired, or oftentimes never wanted, but purchased because I could, that was great. Then I received my first bill for my credit card, I paid the first few bills, then, however, I fell behind and was never able to catch up. There I was living in the sorority house, dodging phone calls, whenever I answered the phone, "hi, is Andrea Jaworski available." Whenever they could not pronounce my name correctly, I knew it was the dreaded bill collector, I would always respond, "no she is not home right now can I take a message." They never would, they would always leave a name and number to call back to, I of course never returned the phone call. Then I would get notices from collection agencies, I filed those away under, "never gonna pay those." I shoved them all in a shoe box (my organized way of filing bills needing to be paid), the shoe box went under my bed, the "out of sight, out of mind" philosophy was really working for me.
