Marriage is a sacred act. In order to ensure that you have the most prosperous marriage possible, it is good to make sure you are ready and prepared. However, some individuals rush into marriage without asking themselves these simple questions. Therefore, before you decide to marry the person, whom you believe is the one of your dreams; ask yourself these four questions to ensure you are making the right decision:

Do I Love The Person?

Don't be deceived that you should marry someone for reasons outside of love. This is the very first question you should ask. If you do not love the person, then for what reason are you marrying him or her? Do not marry the person because someone else wants you to. Do not marry the person because you feel you 'should' marry him or her. Do it completely out of love. When we do it out of love that is when we know it will last longer on our part.

Do I Want to Spend the Rest of My Life With This Person?

As previously stated, marriage is a sacred act. Once marriage is achieved, it is assumed that you will want to spend the rest of your life with this person. Although it does happen, you don't want to marry a person for only 3 weeks. "Till Death Do Us Part," is the promise of marriage. Therefore, before you continue with it, make sure you are sure you really want to spend the rest of your life with this person. Remember, people change, so you should expect to stay with the person even if the person has changed completely opposite than when you were first married. However, if you truly love the person, then this should not be a problem.

Can I Trust the Person?
