A Delicious and Convenient Way to Get a Serving of Fruit in Your Diet
Larabar is a brand of fruit and nut food bars that blend unsweetened fruits, nuts and spices to make delicious tasting snack bars. Priding themselves on being pure and simple, each Larabar is made of no moreProviding one whole serving of fruit per bar, Larabars are free of gluten, dairy, soy, corn, added sugars and sweeteners, preservatives, fillers, colorings. Due to their ingredients, Larabars are extremely good for you, especially if you are on a diet. Larabars are rich in fiber, antioxidants, heart-healthy Omega 3 & 6 essential fatty acids, beneficial carbohydrates, essential vitamins and minerals. Need something kosher, vegan or gluten-free? Larabar is all those things.
Larabar can currently be found in 12 different flavors. Pistachio and Key Lime Pie are the newest of the 12 flavors. The staple flavors are chocolate coconut, cocoa mole, cherry pie, cinnamon roll, apple pie, banana cookie, pecan pie, cashew cookie, ginger snap, and lemon bar. All Larabars are moist and chewy, regardless of the temperature they are kept in.
The chocolate coconut Larabar provides more antioxidants than a cup of green tea. It is made up of dates, almonds, walnuts, unsweetened coconut and unsweetened cocoa powder. Together, these ingredients pack 16 essential vitamins and minerals, fiber, Vitamin E, folic acid and more than 2 grams of Omega 3 & 6 essential fatty acids.
The cocoa mole Larabar is the only bar to have chili as an ingredient. It offers up a unique combination of spicy and sweet. Other ingredients are dates, almonds, cinnamon, walnuts and unsweetened cocoa powder. This Larabar provides 20% of the daily fiber requirements.
The cherry pie Larabar is my favorite in the product like as if offers up the most robust flavor. It is packed with unsweetened cherries, dates and almonds and offers up plenty of Vitamin A, E and more essential vitamins and minerals.
