The winter months can leave your skin dry from head to toe, especially if you live in the colder climates. With Spring here and Summer just around the corner, it's time to get that skin back in shape. Most dermatologists will tell you that the secret to great skin is exfoliating and moisturizing, your mother may have told you the same thing. If you have ever watched the Oprah show or read O Magazine, you are probably aware of the Philosophy line of beauty products. Philosophy produces products in the skin care, bath, fragrance, hair and makeup beauty care lines and, best of all, their products all seem to live up to the companies claims.

There are two products in the Philosophy skin care line, that I simply can not live without. Working in retail, my skin is not only affected by the weather but also by the conditions of my work environment. There was a time when I used an exfoliating product and then followed up with a moisturizer, when trying to keep my hands looking and feeling their softest. Then after seeing the Philosophy products mentioned on the Oprah show, I decided to check out what they had to offer in their skin care line. That was when I found the appropriately named, "Time on your hands" exfoliating hand cream.

The "Time on your hands", product comes in a small 2 oz jar, but a little goes a long way. The cream in thick, but just a little on the tip of your finger is sufficient to apply to your hands. You just rub the Philosophy exfoliating hand cream into your skin and leave it on throughout your day. I usually apply the hand cream twice a day, once in the morning and again in the late afternoon. My hands were never as soft and smooth as they have been since I began using the Philosophy product. I simply can not live without the "Time on your hands" product.
