The nose knows Tylenol is the best for a cold!

It has been a while since I have been sick. It's not that I take excellent care of myself-- I just have a terrific immune system. However, sometimes I make myself susceptible to illness because I get really stressed out and end up not sleeping. Unfortunately, this is one of those times.
I woke up this morning feeling absolutely dreadful. The whole left side of my head and throat ached. I felt like I went a couple of rounds with Riddick Bo. My throat was sort, I had a headache, I was congested and I had a really annoying cough. I headed to the medicine cabinet to see what we had on hand.
You can imagine my delight when I found a box of Tylenol Cold Day Non-Drowsy looking back at me. I actually recommended it to Craig when he had a horrible cold las month. I have used Tylenol Cold before, and I know how effective it is. There were two caplets left in the 24-caplet box. I popped them out of the foil and plastic casing, and swallowed them down with some water.
The smooth coating around the caplet makes the pills very easy to swallow. They are oblong in shape and rounded all the way around. Even people who have problems swallowing pills shouldn't have a problem swallowing this.
Unfortunately, Tylenol Cold doesn't have immediate effects. It takes about 45 minutes to an hour to kick in. While you're waiting for it to kick in, you should do what I do: Take a nap. That is, if you are able to. If not, you'll just have to suffer until you feel the effects.
And, feel the effects you will. Your cough will subside. Your headache will disappear. Your congestion will diminish. You might not feel like you can go another round with Riddick, but you will feel a bit more "back to normal." Your sore throat will even go away.
However, these results are only temporary. There is no cure for the common cold. After about 5 hours since taking the Tylenol Cold, your symptoms will start coming back. You can take 2 caplets every 6 hours as needed. You should NOT take more than 8 caplets in 24 hours.
As promised, you will NOT become drowsy when using Tylenol Cold Day Non-Drowsy Formula. You won't feel 100%, of course, but you certainly will feel a heck of a lot better.
