Sports fans will love the 100 differerent video monitors at the ESPN Club. Sports from around the world is projected on these cleverly positioned monitors, so that guests dining at the ESPN Club can watch sports on television, while they sample a few Red Wings with a bottle of Bud Light.

The ESPN Club is located on Disney's Boardwalk, near the Boardwalk Inn and Villas. This area is closest to Epcot and Disney-MGM Studios. Guests may travel by Disney bus, car, or boat to reach the ESPN Club. Disney boats run from Disney-MGM Studios and Epcot to the Boardwalk area.

The Atmosphere

The dining atmosphere at the ESPN Club is upbeat. The ESPN Club is similar to a popular sports bar, where important game nights draw larger crowds of enthusiastic sports fans. The ESPN Club has a 90 foot video projection screen to watch sporting events on.

The ESPN Club is divided into three main areas; Sports Central, Sidelines Bar, and The Yard, a sports merchandise shop and arcade. Sports Central is the main dining area, with tables spread throughout the restaurant, strategically placed to view one of the 100 video monitors. Sports memorabilia decorate the walls and dining area, creating an interesting presentation for sports fans to look at while they wait for their meal.

The Sidelines Bar is busier during the evening, and during popular sporting event nights. The ESPN Club does not take reservations, so it is advised that guests arrive early to avoid long waits to be seated. The ESPN Club opens at 11:30 am for lunch, and is open until 1:30 am on the weekends.

The Menu

Lunch and dinner menus are similar at the ESPN Club. The food is typical sports bar type food, with a twist. Specialties include Red Wings, Booh-Yeah Chili($5.49), the Home Run Hot Dog ($9.99), ESPN Dingers ($8.99), and Patriot Clam Chowder ($5.49).

I was just there last week Sunday to watch a Packer game. I waited in line to get INTO the building for and hour and a half. Our service SUCKED to say the least and we got double charged for our tip. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You sure don't get the "DISNEY" feel there.

I missed this when I went to Disney World. Maybe next time.

I worked for the guy that planned those. It's all a racket to sell the food and the drinks at higher prices. ESPN style macaroni & cheese?
