How to Feel Better About Your Insecurities in a Romantic Relationship

You are a woman. Beautiful, charming, sensual, independent, and strong.

But....there will be days that you feel ugly, air-headed, prudish, dependant, and very weak.

That is normal and okay. I have yet to meet a fellow female that didn't have days like that.

Moreover, if you're anything like me, one small thing can set you off and a domino-effect of situations and annoyances can make you feel like the ugliest, most worth-less creature on this planet. Well, besides the cockroaches.

Friends cheer us up, boyfriends hold us up on our rightful throne, and blogs like this might pick you up. Either way, there is light at the end of that dark tunnel.....always.

Here are some things that set me off down that horrid and dark path that usually lasts all day.

A word or idea that goes unnoticed.
A beautiful and seemingly confident girl who eyes my man.
Any talk about how sweet, cute, smart, adorable, passionate, ECT one of his ex-gfs or current female friends are.
His fondly reminiscing of all the fun times he had with female friends or exes or crushes he once had.
Any girl of his type walking past looking gorgeous as ever while I'm wearing an old pair of jeans and a non-descript shirt.....fun times.
A quick peck on the lips when you were out for a record-setting make out session.

Just repeat this mantra...."He Loves You!"
