It is ten o'clock in the PM, I am sitting on my couch night dreaming about the usual, product taglines to mock, inventions I believe were hard to pitch and the odds of a particular event to occur, when a thought rushes in.

I begin to night dream of grade school, five minutes later, I move through each grade and begin to night dream of high school. I compare grade school and high school, determining if high school can start in the forth grade. I realize it can not. I discover their were many differences between grade school and high school but mainly, I was older. As you age and complete each grade level, you are allowed more freedom, the material becomes more complicated, and correspondingly , the grades diminish.

I realized there was one constant between grade school and high school, it was the teachers. Not the teachers with jobs, the teachers who occasionally showed up when the regular teachers were sick, The Substitute Teacher. (As I said in Odd Jobs That Actually Exists) sounds like a B rated horror film.

I reflected on the substitute teacher and I had an epiphany. Teachers are actually, normal, substitute teachers. What does that mean. In a range from 1 to 100, a teacher (someone who consistently teaches the same grade/subject for a particular school) is located between 25 and 75 on the substitute teacher scale.

The 50, is a teacher who is perfectly balanced, provides the perfect amount of discipline and entertainment, for a terrific learning experience. This teacher is known by the students as, Mrs. Relatable.

The 25, is the teacher who is laid back, he may mocked by his student, but is a very intelligent individual who just wants the best for his students. He will not yell to discipline, rather he will use his intelligence to stump an individual or give extra homework, if the class is acting up. He is a teacher who the students love as a person, but feel his class is to difficult to pass.
