If authentic these documents are the most important pieces of paper in the history of the human race. In them is described a facility built deep underground, under the small rural town of Dulce New Mexico. This facility is said to be a huge govt/alien run installation. It is also build deeper underground then the deepest mine has ever gone. It is also said that Dulce is a major station hub for a system or subterranean tunnels that cross connect the continental united states and its secret facilities.
