Three Dollar Cafe in Norcross, Georgia - Restaurant Review

Homemade Good Eats!

The first time I heard of the Three Dollar Café was four years ago when a friend of mine and her husband went for a coffee and dessert. They just raved about how wonderful the food was and the fact that the location they went to remained open until the wee hours of the morning. My work schedule was so hectic that I just didn't have the time to check it out as I believe it was in Marietta, Georgia.

It wasn't until recently that I discovered another location for the Three Dollar Café on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard which is a lot closer to home and work. One Friday night, I had just left a book release party for Liquid Sunshine and discovered it was only about a mile or two from the café and I thought, "Hey, let's check out the Three Dollar Café!" It has been four years but I remember all the wonderful things that I heard about it and couldn't wait to try it for myself.

The Three Dollar Café has a wonderfully large patio section which is outside, but covered, so it was a wonderful night, so we decided to dine outside. The Three Dollar Café looks like your typical neighborhood eatery and sports bar all wrapped up in one. I saw single people having a great time in the dining area, but you also have families enjoying a wonderful meal together, so this is a place for everyone!

I discovered that the Three Dollar Café in Norcross has 17 high definition wide screens which will entice any sports fan, but the atmosphere is not the only reason to stop by the Three Dollar Café, the food is excellent! Many of their most popular dishes are homemade. Even the finger food is homemade! The Three Dollar Café cuts their cheese sticks in the morning and they are hand battered just for you. Also, the blue cheese dressing is made from scratch, which gives it that touch of home taste.
