Potential Cure for Diabetic Foot Ulcers

In the last decade a very important discovery was made apparent from the unique compound of Retin-A, mainly this topical is termed as tretinoin as well, but has been known to decrease blemishes, lessen the signs of aging, and cure acne. Now it has been found to help another hinder some ailment, foot ulcers in people who suffer from diabetes. These clients were given treatments for an entire month with the compound of tretinoinm and the alternate group was given a placebo of saline. They were checked bi-weekly to see the changes and progress that the treatment had resulted in.

The statistical findings between the large group of patients resulted in about 82% of the group had not been essentially cured, and had not noticed a significant change in the foot ulcers, however the remaining amount had healed completely within four months of consistent treatment. There were no findings of any harmful side effects that the topical caused, and no one had experienced added pain from the ulcer.
