I love Chinese food. My fiance doesn't like it so much, but every once in a while will take me to get some. It is a special treat for me. I have nothing bad to say about their food. It is good not the best I have had yet not the worst either. It's typical Chinese food.

The service is another matter. Before I go into detail, I would like to say that I have nothing against anyone coming to this country and working. I do think however it is important to know enough English to be able to understand your customers. I would not go over to another country and work without knowing the language, I do expect the same.

When the girl brought us our drinks I had asked her for tea several times. She brought 2 cokes to the table. I also asked her for 2 sets of chopsticks, she only brought one. When I did get my tea from her I noticed there was something on the inside of my glass. I brought this to her attention. She took my glass away only to bring it back a moment later and said you just have to wipe it off. I showed her the inside of the glass where the stuff was. She still tried to say it was on the outside of the glass. I then put my hand in the glass and wiped it off and showed her what I was talking about. It was only after this that she brought another glass out to me. I asked her to bring extra napkins, and the other pair of chopsticks I had asked for.

I never did get my napkins or chopsticks. If it had been a matter of her being busy it may have been a different story. We went before lunch and there were only 3 tables including ours seated. She spent most of her time sitting and rolling up silverware in napkins. In my opinion this is very bad service. I wasn't asking for anything that would be beyond the scope of what her normal routine would be. I asked for 3 items, and had to fight to get one of them.

When we finished and were paying for the meal, a cook came out of the kitchen to take our money. His hands were covered in something that looked like possibly a coating of some type. I would shudder to think that he had been taking peoples money all day and not washing his hands before returning to work. I am however afraid that this was probably the case.

For service will make or the break the resteraunt. It's not often that a places food is so good that I can't find the same quality (with better service) elsewhere.

Unfortunately tons of restaurants are like this. It's just frustrating. And it's even more frustrating when the food is good! Great article!
