Zombieland Dvd Release Date
Zombieland DVD release date has yet to be confirmed. Zombieland was released in theaters on October 2, 2009 from Columbia Pictures. It is written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. Between the two of them I'm not too familiar with their prior works. It seems they have worked together aWe were able to get a sneak preview of zombieland from an interview at 2009 Comic Con the director describes the movie as a horror comedy about a "Zombie Apocalypse" that takes place about two months after an outbreak, and Zombies now rule the land. What the movie lacks in credits from the writers and director is more then made up for by the cast. The movie centers around four main characters played by Woody Harrelson, Jesse Esienberg, Abigail Breslin, and Emma Stone. These four are still human and pitted against a land of zombies.
Woody Harrelson plays a leading role in the movie, as Tallahesse. He has been describe by Harrelson as, "a bit of a loner". He plays a gun slinging bad ass, who helps lead the last of only a few survivors. As they cross across the land fighting off the living dead, he is not afraid to take the zombies head on. Like a battling ram, his philosophy is to just bulldoze right on through. In the movie trailer we hear his character modestly say, "My mother always told me, you'll be good at something. ...I don't think that she could have guessed that, that something, could be zombie killin."
