Can Raw Foods Cure Cancer?

Elizabeth is going to undergo, essentially, the same treatment that she has endured in the past: toxic drugs infused into her body for many hours at a time, presumably several days a week, over a period of months (chemotherapy). I also assume she'll be getting beams of radiation zapped at her body.
What a miserable way to treat a disease: destroy healthy tissue to get to the cancer. This is collateral damage, like dropping a nuke on a city, killing hundreds of thousands of innocent people, just to wipe out the terrorist cell whose headquarters are underground in that city. Gee, there has got to be a better way.
And there just may be. But we have been taught to believe that Big Pharma has all the answers. They don't. Neither does the medical profession. By the way, it's interesting to note that a cure for cancer would put 80 percent of the medical profession out of business. Can you imagine the giant hit Big Pharma and all the imaging companies would take, if a cure were found?
Elizabeth's cancer is "incurable" but "treatable." But just what does "treatable" mean here? That poisons and radiation will simply prolong how long she'll suffer? Right now, she says she's feeling good. But what if the drugs and radiation don't slow the cancer? She won't be feeling good for long. In fact, she'll get sick no matter what from the treatment alone.
So I wonder, what if she were to abandon conventional medical treatment, and switch to a 100 percent raw foods diet? This means absolutely no cooked foods, no animal products, no grains (unless raw), no white sugar, nothing processed. Just vegetation (including nuts and legumes), and organic, at that. What would happen to the cancer?
