Since I have been a teacher and recently trained myself in professional resume writing and professional image consulting, I have noticed the biggest mistakes people make when going to a job interview. I have especially seen these mistakes made among young people like myself who possibly did not have proper training in professional career image. I just recently applied online for a job with a big hospital in my area. Since I'm over 55, do you have any suggestions as to what I would answer when they ask what my career aspirations are. Also, the question I always have a problem with is "Tell me something about yourself that would make me want to hire you." I have all the qualifications and experience for the job I applied for, but regardless of what the Constitution says, age does matter. Sharon
