Know when to Submit an Article to Associated Content

Knowing when to submit an article to Associated Content can sometimes be as important as writing the article itself. It is never good to submit an article too early or too late.

Too Late:

An article that you submit too late will most likely not receive a decent offer, if any, from Associated Content. If you wait too long to submit an article to Associated Content, many other Content Producers will have already taken the opportunity to place an article out on the topic.

If someone were to submit an article today about the divorce between Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt, it would most likely be denied. Since this happened so long ago, there will not be many people searching for this topic.

Waiting to submit a news story that happened early in the morning might also result in a denial from Associated Content. There are many Content Producers that watch the news early in the morning, and do whatever they can to crank out an article about the topic.

The Content Managers have to predict what the interest will be in any article that will be placed on Associated Content. If they do not believe that there will be much interest in the topic, they will not make a worth-wild offer for it.

Too Early:

Submitting an article too early to Associated Content is almost as bad as submitting it too late. The Content Producers are less likely to approve an article that people will not be searching for until a later date.

It would not be sensible to submit an article to Associated Content about Halloween costumes in February. There are not going to be a lot of people that are going to be thinking about Halloween as they are preparing for Valentine's Day.

There might be a low offer that will be given by Associated Content, but it will be a major disappointment for your, "Page View Bonus." Good articles about a current topic will have more page views then older ones. They are more likely to make the front page, or one of the other major article connection locations on Associated Content.
