the world will face catastrophic conditions. Military reports issued by former Army Chief of Staff General Gordon R. Sullivan, warns that sea-levels will rise, flooding and destabilizing already volatile countries in Southern Asia, such as Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Vietnam. Droughts in Africa will continue to increase making already harsh conditions more severe. Starvation will become the norm. This will create the need for possible U.S. Military intervention, due to the increase in extremism and movement toward higher authoritarianism and forced racial ideologies. This would also decrease availability of troops for our own National Security needs.

"Water increases or lack of it, in certain areas will be the cause of most of the world's problems" claims Professor Michael Oppenheimer, representing U.S. Princeton University GeoScience after a news conference that featured eight American scientists, who were lead authors of "The Inter-Governmental Panel on Climate Changes and Climate Effect's Report".

An epidemiologist, also serving on the Scientific Panel continued to warn that lack of water will hinder human health issues. There will be mass migrations of people in parts of the world where there is already extreme poverty and starvation as humans begin to forage for food and shelter due to lack of food production and extreme drought or Coastal flooding.

Water is at the core of all we care about as human beings, including, every, human health, food production and politics. In the last decade weather patterns have begun to change causing extreme storms and hurricanes in parts of the world while creating severe freezing and winter storms in others. The rise of the Earth's temperature has risen slightly, which causes weather to change.
