A true captain of his crew,
On his ship where his mast is cast ,
Bright against the light and
Fast against the curve in the current,
Rebuffs the waves without interruption.
As a knife in a war of exasperation,
He slices through the ceaseless undulations,
and doubting the motions of the ocean,
Masters the art of patience.
