This pumpkin seed butter is very healthy and cures all of my junk food cravings. I simply mix it in a blender with some water and frozen bananas and it tastes better than a thick milkshake. I could seriously live off them too, I never get sick of the taste.

I decided to try this pumpkin seed butter when I started my journey towards raw foodism. This is a great way to get raw seeds into my diet without doing any of the work in grinding them up myself. The butter is green, which is what it should be when the pumpkin seeds are raw. Cooked seeds would not give nearly as much benefit as the raw ones do.

Pumpkin seed butter is also the perfect substitute for anyone who has peanut allergies.
