Triple X: Ice T and Samuel Jackson Team Up for Action

Triple X is back, brash and bolder in style than ever. In the sequel, The State of Union Triple X does not disapoint. Although Vin Deisel did not want to be in the sequel, i think the film is even better than the first one because Ice T plays a much cooler secret agent with attitude than Vin Deisel. I also thik the storyline this time around is as good if not better than the first film.

The film starts off in a desolate suburb with a quiet farm. However, underneath lies the NSA agency or National Security Agency which is headed by none other than Samuel Jackson. Samuel Jackson has become one of my favorite actors and it seems that he is amazing in every film he acts in. 

This film is no different. While the star of the film is Ice T, Samuel Jackson does play a big role as well. In the opening scenes, the viewer learns if you pay careful attention, that the first Triple X in the first film was killed in Afghanistan. The action heats right up in the opening scenes as the NSA's secret location is breached by high tech criminals who gun down all of the NSA agents. 

Samuel Jackson is able to escape with his electronic wiz kid. From there, they drive to a prison and speak with Ice T who was put behind bars by Samuel Jackson. Ice T may be a criminal but he served in the navy SEALS team, was an expert marksman and has all kinds of expert military training. Samuel Jackson tells Ice T how he can escape from prison and in the afternoon Ice T is able to escape prison by going through the rooftops and jumping onto Samuel Jackson's helicopter to get away. 

The two men must discover who exactly killed the NSA agents and knew their location. In their search, they find out that the defense secretary is behind it all. However, when Samuel Jackson returns to his house, the defense secretary is there waiting for him and kills him, or so it seems to the viewer.
