There can be many reasons why a person becomes tired. There are also many reasons why these tired spells can become frequent, even routine. The following is a brief look at these possible reasons and what steps can be
 used to help fight these spells.

Not Getting Enough Sleep

The most common reason why so many of us are tired and suffer from routine tired spells throughout our days is that we are not getting enough sleep at night. As we all know, it is suggested that we try to obtain eight hours of sleep a night.

The best way to achieve sleep is making more time for it, trying to learn how to relax before bedtime, drinking caffeine in the daytime not at night or in the evenings and making our bedroom more sleep friendly.

Pregnancy

Yes, pregnancy can be taxing on the body. This can be one reason why a woman can suddenly become tired. If you believe this can be the cause for your tiredness, a simple home pregnancy test can answer your question. What can you do to help fight tiredness if you are pregnant? You can try to get more rest, take a prenatal vitamin and to eat healthier.

Anemia

Anemia is a condition that causes the body not have enough red blood cells. Your physician can easily test you for anemia by a simple blood test. If you are found to have anemia, your physician may suggest that you begin a round of shots or if you have a mild case add more iron to your diet in the form of supplements or in iron rich foods.

Lack Of Proper Vitamins And Minerals

If you are not eating properly, if you are not getting the adequate supply of vitamins and minerals your body needs, it can become tired. Think of this way. Your body in many ways resembles your car. It needs fuel and oil (vitamins and minerals) to run properly. If it doesn't have these two things, serious problems can occur and eventually it will begin sputtering (like a serious weak or tired spell) and stop running.
