Everyone has a busy schedule. It seems that most people have 4 balls juggling in the air at one time. Work, home improvement, friends, downtime, and family often battle with each other. While people usually have certain priorities that make each element more important or less important than the next
, time usually becomes an issue. While you may be busy, don't let your family life fail. There are some easy ways to incorporate your family into a busy schedule.

Running Errands
When families consist of 2 parents and children, it seems easier to run and do errands by yourself. If you need a carton of milk or a box of nails from the hardware store, it is easier for your husband or wife to stay at home with the kids while you go on errands. However, what seems easier may not be the best for your family. Although it takes a while to pack small children into the car and drive them around a store, the extra time you get to spend with them is priceless. So you take a little longer to get your milk. Oh well. At least you got some time with your spouse and children.

Home Improvement Projects
Home improvement projects rarely include small children. They can be messy or even dangerous. However, you don't have to leave you child out completely. For example, if you are finishing a basement, have your son/daughter fetch you your tools (the safe ones). If you are going to paint a room in your house, bring your child along to the store to pick out and purchase the color. The more you involve your child into your necessary activities, the more quality time you get to spend.
