This shop has a bad reputation. Though the selection is wonderful, the service is far from friendly. Many of my customers have been belittled or made to feel inferior or less intelligent than the crew. If you must purchase a gown here, avoid costly alterations and keep conversations with the employees to a minimum.

Even if the drive is a little out of the way, I understand it is well worth the trip. Prices and selection are both good.

Supposedly the service is good here, but the selection is minimal. Most of the gowns have to be special ordered. I haven't had any customers come to me for alterations after buying here. Maybe that's a good thing.

I have had quite a bit of interaction with this site. The selection is great. Many one of kind gowns can be found in this store. Prices range from low (on sale) to high. Special orders can be made. Alterations can be done in-store, though alterations prices are quite high. There has been a lot of complaint about the quality of alterations, but this seems to have improved in recent years. Tuxedo rentals are also a service at this location.

DO NOT shop at this store unless you buy your item off the rack, and it fits. This store has been indicted on fraud. And there is good reason. They special order two sizes too large and charge $150 mandatory for alterations to reduce the size. Larger sizes cost more. I have never heard anything good about this store, except for the selection.
