Towelettes are great to clean your baby all over his or her body. You may select ones that contain sunscreen to protect your baby's delicate skin from the UV rays. Alcohol is absolutely necessary when dealing with your baby. 70 percent alcohol is best to use. It will be needed to clean the umbilical cord of a newborn as well as to clean your own hands when handling your baby. Hand sanitizer is also great for parents to use for themselves to prevent any germs coming into direct contact with the baby.
