WHAT IS EBAY

Perhaps nothing better has ever happened to online money making than eBay. Ebay opened up a completely new way to make easy money from millions of buyers who come to a marketplace to look for millions of products. We know eBay to be a business website but its more than that - it is actually a fantastic marketplace where everybody can make money - whether they are internet savvy or not. Of course, many of the big sellers at eBay never knew about programming at all.

EBay is both a marketplace with a trademark auction system that exposes sellers' good to probably the largest online buying traffic and at the same time a web store front from where all kinds of goods and services could be sold.

Ebay ranks number 16 in the world when it comes to websites and in the US, it is at number 5. With 10 million people visiting the site each day, you would imagine the earning potential you would be accord yourself were you to sell at this marketplace.

WHAT YOU CAN SELL ON EBAY

There is no exhaustive list for what you can sell on ebay. Anything with a value is welcome. Anything you like - be it hobby or interest - can be offered for sale. You would not believe stories of people selling 1900 coins for thousands of dollars and decades old cook books for hundreds. There is no limit though people have sold clothes, home appliances, ebooks, cars, consumer electronics, books, computers, garden accessories, video games - an endless list. The more you find your hobby or interest unattractive, the more I encourage you to monetize it at ebay.

If you are undecided about what to sell, you can use ebay's tools that show you which products have been purchased most over the months or years and use that stats as a guide.

EBAY EARNING POTENTIAL

You can earn anything from a few hundred dollars to thousands at ebay. The good part is, you do not need an extensive or elaborate marketing or advertising system or budget to make a sale. Several of the routine sellers never placed an ad. The reason is simple - the customer base is so varied that, no matter what you sell, there is always somebody looking for it.
