Working Vacations to the Grand Canyon

You can have the opportunity of a lifetime by taking part in a series of conservation projects which allow participants to live and work in some of the most spectacular national parks in America such as Yosemite, Grand Canyon and King's Canyon.

A wide and varied program are available through this project which include trail maintenance, re-vegetation, fencing and protection of local wildlife such as the desert tortoise and the apache trout. Generally, the trips offered are between ten to twelve weeks with each individual project lasting a full four days which is followed by a few days rest back at base camp.

Participants can enjoy free time allowing exploration some of America's west coast and a trip to Los Angeles, San Francisco and Las Vegas.
