Avada Kedavra Vs. Expelliarmus
Hi, I want to share all fights between harry potter & lord Voldemort. You know them already but I just want to remind you again so that you can freshen up yourself for harry potter and deathly hallows part I.
So, here we go:
1. Harry defeated Voldemort two times in this part.
i. when he was only a year old, Voldemort came to kill him, for he was thinking that harry potter was the boy of prophecy.
He could find Potter's secret hideout because their friend Peter Pettigrew betrayed them.
This fight can be called between Avada Kedavra and A Mother's Love Charm.
Harry survived with a curse mark on his forehead, but Voldemort could barely survive from his own curse attack.
ii. This happened when 1st part was about to end, Voldemort had to borrow Prof. Quirrell's body to survive and he wanted 'The Sorcerer's Stone', which would make him immortal (in the sense of a long life and not full immortality).
When he attacked on Harry without the help of any wand, Harry tried to stop his hands and he came to know that Voldemort wasn't able to bear Harry's touch.
It turned out that due to his mother's love and care, the charm still held the power to protect him and that's why Prof. Quirrell's (as well as Voldemort's) body shattered like a statue of dried up mud.
So, this fight can be called between Prof. Quirrell's physical assault and The Mother's Love Charm (again).
2. In second novel, though we never saw Harry and Voldemort fight for real, the later did fight with the help of his beast, Basilisk, the giant snake.
So we can consider this fight between, a brave Gryffindoor's student (that's why Gryffindoor's sword came out of the sorting hat) and an evil master of a deadly snake.
Third part did not reflect any fight with Voldemort, neither directly nor indirectly. So I am going to head for 4th novel.
3. In fourth part, when all 4 champions, Cedric Diggory, Victor Krum, Fleur Delacour and Harry Potter, were about the complete their last task, i.e. finding the Triwizard cup in a terrifying and deadly maze.
