Summers just around the bend. The days are finally warmer and the nights are getting longer. as the kids get ready to be let out for summer vacation, we all start wondering about things to do this summer. Well, if you have young kids, Sesame Place is the place to be!

Sesame Place is geared for very young toddlers and children. All your kids favorite Sesame Street characters come to life in this park! Does your toddler want to meet the very characters he or she sees on the show? Well, now they can. Bert and Ernie, Big Bird, Cookie Monster, Elmo, Grover, and Oscar the Grouch are just a few of many that wander the park, meeting and greeting the youngsters and adults alike. Make sure you bring your camera, because you'll want to capture the delight on their little faces when they get to hug and hold their special friends!

Want to visit Sesame street? Well, come on over to the life-size, outdoor re-creation of the hit children's show, Sesame Neighborhood. Included in this part of the park is Bert and Ernie's house, Mr. MacIntosh's fruit stand, and the fire station, along with many more. And of course all the characters from the show. Your kids will be delighted to "be" in Sesame Street! So will you, as I'm sure all of us adults remember Sesame Street from when we were kids ourselves!

Jump on the many rides that Sesame Place has to offer. Take the kids on a train ride specifically designed with toddlers in mind.Go to Ernie's Bed Bounce and let them jump their hearts away on the inflatable attraction. Let them burn off some energy in the Net area, with hundreds of yards of netting, connected by 200 feet of suspended tunnels. These are just a few of the attractions Sesame Place has to offer.

Oh, you're hot, you say? Well, never fear! Sesame Place boasts some water attractions, too. With tubes to slide down for bigger kids, and smaller fountains of water for the younger ones, you'll be sure to cool off quickly. Float down a 1,000 foot waterway with your child at Big Bird's Rambling River, or rise more than 6 stories in the Sky Splash to plunge down into a huge pool of water.
