Greetings food lovers, opera enthusiast and epicureans alike, please allow me "The Rogue Chef" to take you on a quaint and very unique journey; to one of the best little Italian restaurants off of the beaten path. Traverse with me to the state of Pennsylvania, as we make our culinary stop in the historical "City of Brotherly Love", Philadelphia. Approximately three miles {give or take} from down town center city, going south down Broad Street, right before you get into the heart of South Philly. At the intersecting streets of Broad & Dickinson Street, make a left turn onto Dickinson St, and then stop at the address of 1303, and have a quaint and very memorable dinning experience at a Restaurant that is so unique that Sylvester Stallone had to put it in the last homage to the classic Rocky Balboa film series; although the title of the restaurant in the movie is different for obvious reasons.

Now whether you're a native Philadelphian born and raised, or just a visiting tourist with an ardent, consummate appreciation of nostalgic old county Italian ambiance; this particular generational family owned eatery is an absolute must see! However, for those that are not in the know of the South Philadelphia layout. The theme of the row home community is more than an abundant architectural niche, in relation to the many wonderful nuances that you will find to be unique, as well as a cherished dinning experience that will be hardly forgotten after you've visited here. As you make your way towards the threshold of the entrance of Victor Café, you may find yourself pleasantly surprised when you come to notice that this restaurant was actually at one time adjoined residential properties. Where as the dividing wall between the two was removed so as to accommodate a more spacious welcoming and acoustically friendly environment.
