We all love having fried rice at restaurants. It looks very difficult to prepare fried rice at home. Here, I am going to show you the easiest way of making fried rice at home with restaurant's quality and taste. Generally people use different layers to prepare this rice at restaurant and try to cook the whole thing together. But we will try to make it in two separate phases and later we will mix the ingredients of these two phases.

This is one of the popular dishes of Asian countries. People of Asian countries prefer to have rice as their daily meal and rice is one of their favorite main course meals. There are various types of preparation of rice, which are very popular and delicious too. Fried rice is nothing but rice with some extra spice. The actual method of preparing this rice is very lengthy and difficult process. I have tried a simplified process of preparing this delicious dish. With the help of this method it won't take more than 20 minutes of your time to prepare this delicious dish.

Serving: Serves 4

Time of Preparation: 30 minutes (maximum)

Ingredients: These all ingredients are listed based on four serving plates. If you want to prepare little more or less, you need to adjust the amount of ingredients accordingly.

- Basmati rice - two and half pound.
- Boneless, skinless chicken cut into small pieces - one fourth of a pound.
- Eggs - two.
- Shrimps - 20 pieces, medium size.
- Red and green pepper cut into small, but long pieces - 1 medium size each.
- Carrots - two in numbers, cut into small, but long pieces.
- Green Beans - 15 to 20 in numbers, cut into small but long pieces.
- Peas - half cup.
- Soy Sauce - one tablespoon.
- Vinegar - 1 tablespoon.
- Grama Masala (Mixture of cinnamon, cardamom and cloves) - one tablespoon
- Jaifal (ground nutmeg) and Jayitri - one tablespoon
- Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), also known as Azinomoto - half tablespoon.
- Unsalted butter or Ghee - Half cup.
- Vegetable oil as required.
- Salt to taste (require very less).
- Sugar to taste.
