Join a club. Joining a health club such as Curves or Weight Watchers is an excellent way to lose weight. Not only will you get a lot of support (which is essential if your trying to lose weight) it's also a great way to keep yourself motivated. As with most clubs you'll have to pay a small fee, so always be prepared to pay a little to essentially lose (off your waist line) a little.
Drink more water. Drinking more water is one of the most simplest ways to lose weight yet many people look it over. Instead of drinking sodas, diet sodas included, opt in on consuming clear and refreshing water. Well over 50% of our body is made of water so it makes sense that drinking water is one of the best ways to stay healthy and lose weight.
Exercise more. Like drinking water, exercising is also a must that many people look over. Sit down and write out a plan of how much exercise you want to do and then try and stick with that plan. Taking along a friend or family member while you exercise is great for support, motivation and inspiration.
