There are many water park places in the United States that I have been to and one of the best is Mountain Creek Water Park located in New Jersey. Mountain Creek is enormous and has jsut about every water ride imaginable. The rides are huge and so much fun and there are so many rides that for most of
them there isn't a long line.
The Rides:
The best ride by far at the water park is the Colorado River. This is a giant tube ride that seats up to 5 people at a time in a tube. The ride is the longest of any ride at the park and the whole ride is about 2-5 minutes long. The line for the ride is the longest and it is defintely the best and most popular ride at the park. Starting at the top of a hill, the tube goes down rapids and waterfalls, tossing nad turning sideways and spinning. It is so much fun. The ride speeds up and slows down just at the right times and there are points where the ride goes into dark tunnels where you can't see anything and it is so much fun because you don't know what to expect. The ride ends in a pool of water. The ride is definetly worth the wait which is about 20 minutes to a half hour.
The next best ride is the one called H2 Oh-No! This ride is by far the scariest ride you will ever be on and nothing even comes close in comparison. It is a 99 ft slide that drops straight downward and the rushing water makes you go so fast that the plunge takes less than 5 seconds max to go down all 99 ft. It is so scary that people have been known to pee in their pants at the sheer sight and magnitude of the ride. Even if the ride doesn't look that imposing standing at the ground level, once you are at the top looking down 99 ft you will wish you never set foot on the ride. If you are a thrill seeker to the max this is the ride for you. There is no line for the ride because almost no one goes on it and the ride is so quick that it only lasts a few seconds. There is a height requirement for the ride and on the ride you have to cross your arms and legs together to ensure your safety.
