Ever since that late morning is Dealey Plaza Dallas Texas, November 22nd 1963, the soul of America has been tortured by lingering doubts about the official version of the murder of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy. Chief Justice Earl Warren was appointed by Lyndon Baines Johnson to head the official investigation, the Warren Commission. After reviewing all the evidence, the Commission's final report named Lee Harvey Oswald as the lone gunman responsible.

In 1966, the bestselling book, Six Seconds in Dallas, raised important questions pointing to evidence which indicated that there was more than one shooter. More than one shooter would indicate a conspiracy, so the next question would be "Who else was involved?" Due to lingering public doubts, a Congressional investigation reopened the case in the 1970s, and did uncover additional evidence of a wider conspiracy, and motives for a conspiracy not explored by the Warren ommission. But again, the trail had gone cold, and no other conspirators were conclusively named. Since the Congressional investigation closed, conspiracy theories have been kept alive by statements from mobsters such as Santos Trafficante and others.

Intriguing evidence from the time pointed to gunshots possibly fired from the Grassy knoll, and men detained, then released by Dallas police at the railroad tracks behind the fence at the grassy knoll. Some witnesses identified E. Howard Hunt as among this group. Howard Hunt would gain later notoriety as a central figure in the Watergate Conspiracy. A network of Cuban freedom fighters and CIA operatives were caught red-handed trying to obtain Democrat party records in a covert burglary. The nest of intrigue uncovered was sufficient to bring about the end of the Nixon Presidency.

it is clear that president johnson cowardly killed both JFK and RFK. AMERICANS should simply accept that and reopen investigations into the killings.Surely, LBJ is an impostor in the hall of fame. His name , memory and legacy should be consigned to the garbage heap of history where they truly belong.

Good work - I like the way you write. I love reading about conspiracy theories. I don't think we will ever know the whole truth about JFK's assassination.

Where did you find the original document by Hunt? I would like to read the original document. There is a detailed explanation of the assassination in Double Cross by Giancana & Giancana, but I doubt that they knew all the CIA operatives. The question arises as to where George H. W. Bush was on that terrible day.

The book Double Cross by Sam & Chuck Giancana claims that Roscoe White shot from the grassy knoll. He was in the CIA, as was Oswald. Richard Cain fired from the Texas Book Depository. Oswald never fired a shot. Nixon knew about the whole thing.

Do not forget Raul Bloodworth and his own version of this event in Roman a Clef.
