Here's a review about the devastating situation in North Korea where they have trouble to recover US$25 million that could be channeled to implement denuclearizing program which has been agreed on the six-party deal. According to the Financial Times, North Korea is facing countless problems in transferring the fund from the Macao's Banco Delta Asia to assist on shutting down its nuclear plant in Yongbyon. Plus, they must comply with the deadline that has reached its limit in February.

What happened? If you want people to commit towards goodness, then why these people should be hindered to do so? Further statement and investigations found that the North Korea's Account is having problems of consolidating activities due to its many account held. After being consolidated, then the withdrawal can be made. This however has become an unforeseen obstacle for the efforts to stop the nuclear reactor development plant that North Korea has agreed to. Being in such ridiculous situation, the financial institution that was given the responsibilities to hold money should be more sensitive as to their clients' priorities and the important world surroundings.

The Financial Times added that North Korea's are getting fed-up with Macao's Banco Delta Asia and would search for other banks in Italy or Russia for the money to be transferred. They want more liquid in their money transfer by giving them solutions not problems.
