Best Holiday Online Shopping
Avoid the Lines and Save Big Bucks!
~John Calvin Byrd IIIHalloween is behind us and so begins the countdown to Christmas! Most people (other than my wife) hate shopping, but hopefully I can lighten your load. If you're on top of your game, you'll have all of your gifts purchased before Thanksgiving and you can begin your month long barrage of idle "no gifts for you" threats to your children for their behavior and grades. Let this article serve as your holiday shopping jumpstart. I'll show you how to get the most for your money through online bargain hunting!
Here's my top seven Holiday Online Shopping Sites:
1.Amazon - Amazon has the largest selection products on the web with the one of the quickest processing and shipping structures. Often offering great deals, Amazon.com clinches the number one spot on my list of top online shopping websites!
2.Wal-Mart - This year, Walmart has taken a shot back at the online retailers that have cut into its astronomical profits for the last few years. Walmart.com has started its holiday price slashing early this year, so all you last minute shoppers looking for the lowest price need not procrastinate until December 24th. In addition to that, if you don't want to pay shipping costs, they have have a new "Site to Store" promotion that allows you to have your item that your purchased online ship directly to your local Walmart free of charge.
3.Overstock - As the premiere online outlet, Overstock.com specializes in hawking excess merchandise from other retailers, which means their inventory is diverse and constantly changing. They buy extremely low from brick and mortar stores who can't afford to hold excessive inventory. That means big online savings for you!
4.Tiger Direct - Although TigerDirect.com only sells electronics, all of its merchandise is on sale and they offer free shipping anywhere in the continental United States. Enough said.
5.eBay - eBay's online auctions often offer low minimum bids. If you shop in the still of the night, you may walk away with some significant bargains. During the holiday season although, more shoppers means higher prices.
