Britney Spears Topless Pictures Circulating on Web

Britney Spears is oops!...at it again. This time it's pictures she posed topless for and which were taken in front of a friend's house that's tarnishing her image.

This may turn out to be one of those 'real' National Enquirer stories. It is unclear how the pictures were leaked. Speculation has her new boyfriend from re-hab as the person who took the pictures. Others are speculating that it was done purposely to coincide with her attempt to make a comeback performing on stage. Which from reports, her on-stage comeback wasn't so "comebackish."

But are these topless pictures of Britney Spears even real?

The National Ledger logged an article that included a quote as to the realness of the topless pictures; "Britney's furious these photos have become public. She never dreamed they'd be leaked," Contac Music UK quoted a pal of Spears, as telling British newspaper The Daily Star. According to Cyndi James of the National Ledger, the National Enquirer has Britney Spears topless on its cover.

The Daily Snack, linked to The Daily Star, a British newspaper, is reporting a story on the whole Britney Spears topless picture scandal. It's of particular note, as reported in The Daily Snack, Britney Spears spokeswoman refused to comment when asked about the pictures.

The Hollywood Tuna is also logging a story on the topless faux-pas by Britney Spears. The Hollywood Tuna had the pictures of Britney Spears topless, but took them down upon being asked to do so. When we asked The Hollywood Tuna whom it was that asked them to take the Britney Spears topless pictures down, The Hollywood Tuna did not return an answer.

A number of other sites such as Splash News Online, The Post Chronicle, and Popdirt all mention the pictures but seem to no longer have them up. This may be due to being asked to take them down. No telling how this will play out as to the legality of the sites such as Youtube and CelebTV continuing to run the pictures. Nevertheless, many places like the Britney Zone dot com, and Go Britney dot com have the pictures up.
