Where to Buy Christmas Trees in Alabama
Choose and Cut Christmas Tree Farms
Christmas is a wonderful time of year when we get to decorate with lights and sing Christmas carols. My favorite part has always been the Christmas tree. You can buy Christmas trees at many different locations, both real and fake trees. Real Christmas trees always have the best smell of Christmastime in my opinion. I have done some research and found a few places that still allow people to come and choose their owns trees and in most instances cut their own Christmas tree as well. I hope this helps you all this season as you get ready to choose your Christmas Tree.First on the list is Critter Creek Farm in Vance, Alabama. I don't have a lot of information as far as pricing for the trees but I did link to their website so that you can contact them with any questions. I listed this one because there are a lot of family activities to do here. They have a playground for the kids and animals that can be hand fed as well. It would be great to go as a family for the holiday and pick out the tree and just spend some great family time.
Next on my list is Neely Farms Christmas Trees in Thorsby, Alabama. They have varying sizes and prices on their Christmas trees. Their choose and cut trees are Virginia Pines and they get their Douglas Firs from North Carolina. They also have a gift shop and they do fresh wreaths. It's not as large as Critter Creek but still very homey. They offer hot chocolate and coffee complimentary, and they usually have a warm fire lit on cold days. They start opening for Christmas tree sales the day after Thanksgiving and stay open on Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Sunday's they are open from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. You can click the link to go to their contact page if you have questions.
- Choose and cut Christmas Tree farms are still around these days.
