After years of searching for a healthy energy bar that not only tastes good to the point of seeming decadence, but is suitable for children, I've discovered LÄRABAR.

Don't let the fact these bars are raw, vegan and kosher scare away you mainstream dieters. Unlike many of the "healthy alternatives" available on the market today, these bars really are yummy. As a result, LÄRABARs have become a new vice in my household. With a wide selection of flavors, my daughters and I have each found ones we love. The best part (besides the great taste) is LÄRABAR, unlike many other energy bars, are completely natural without any artificial ingredients.

Made from raw fruits, nuts and spices, these bars get to the basics of nutrition and flavor. You will not find a single ingredient label with more than six items listed. However, the combination of these simple ingredients makes for a tasty treat. Additionally, the LÄRABAR manufacturer is adamant about the consistency of quality from the beginning to the end of the manufacturing and packaging of their product. LÄRABARs are free of gluten, dairy, soy, corn, added sugars and sweeteners, preservatives, fillers and colorings. They even go so far as to make sure their ingredients come from farmers and communities supporting sustainability and fair trade.

The beauty of LÄRABAR is not just in the ingredients and nutritional content. They have a number of great flavors, something for everyone's tastes. The selection includes Ginger Snap, Lemon Bar, Cinnamon Roll, Pecan Pie, Cashew Cookie, Apple Pie, Cherry Pie, Banana Cookie, Cocoa Mole, Chocolate Coconut Chew, Key Lime Pie, Pistachio, Chocolate Orange, Chocolate Mint, Chocolate and Chocolate Coffee.
