Potomac Mills Mall is located in toothless Prince William County, Virginia. This megalopolis of 350,000 citizens, is located to the south of Washington, D.C. Before becoming the cultural center of tractor pulls and wrestling, this area was most famous for its epic civil war battles. Not a lot has changed here, as confederate flags are everywhere over 140 years after the end of the war. Jacked up pickup trucks are a dime a dozen, and if you want to hear Conway Twitty at 3 o'clock in the morning, just open your living room window.

This is one of the fastest growing counties in the United States, and this mall is still one of the country's biggest. It has been eclipsed by newer concepts, such as the Mall of America, but it is still a place that will causing your ankles to swell, and your shoes to lose some of their sole! Potomac Mills Mall has hundreds of stores, which sell furniture, clothes, accessories, food, storage supplies, sporting goods, shoes, and much more. It is located in the town of Woodbridge, which is right off of the evil Interstate 95.(Exit 156)

This is a popular spot for tourists coming to see the District of Columbia, which is known for its high crime rate and Tony William's bow ties. It is about an hour south of D.C.,(close geographically, but a million miles away due to area traffic jams)and close to many other areas of interest in Northern Virginia. It would be best to travel there by car, but there is limited bus service offered by Prince William County's Omni-Link. This is available only on weekdays.

Parking is Fun!

Do you want to make an insurance company adjuster nervous? I'm with you, as I consider them to be an even lower life form than lawyers! Just drive around this parking lot for a space, and watch out for crazy drivers. People are maniacs here, and I'm convinced that a cracked out Marion Barry made the trips with tourists here, as I've never seen so many aggressive drivers in such a confined area. There have actually been fistfights and other acts of violence here due to this, so be on the lookout for a spot without getting into a confrontation.
