Where does your team rank? Did they climb? Did they fall? Here is your 2009 NFL Week 10 Power Rankings:

32. Cleveland Browns: There are now five one-win teams. Each one about as bad as the next. Right now the Browns take the prize as worst team in the NFL.

31. Kansas City Chiefs: At least they have some off the field drama to keep their fans awake.

30. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Huge win! Playoffs look out for the Bucs! Maybe that is a bit much.

29. St Louis Rams: They should enjoy their week off. Week 10 the Saints come marching in.

28. Detroit Lions: If the Lions need a confidence booster they are ranked 25th in offense.

27. Oakland Raiders: The good news? They didn't have to play a game. The bad news? They are still bad.

26. Washington Redskins: They were competitive for a few minutes. Things may be looking up....for a couple days at least.

25. Tennessee Titans: Finally starting to show that they aren't basement dwellers.

24. Seattle Seahawks: Sometimes Detroit is just what the doctor ordered.

23. Jacksonville Jaguars: Barely holding off the Chiefs doesn't do much for the self-esteem.

22. Buffalo Bills: We'll just keep them right here.....for now.

21. San Francisco 49ers: What is their problem?! Oh yeah, Alex Smith is their QB.

20. Carolina Panthers: Playing a good game against a good team is enough to move you up in the rankings, even if it was a loss.

19. Miami Dolphins: If they would just stick to what works they would be a decent team.

18. NY Jets: The coming weeks will tell us a lot.

17. NY Giants: They keep falling and falling. Try trusting your QB once in awhile.

16. Chicago Bears: A walloping by the Cardinals at home shows just how disappointing this season is.

15. Houston Texans: The rollercoaster that is the Houston Texans!

14. Green Bay Packers: Yes they lost to the Buccaneers, but they play a much better game than anyone below them in the rankings.

13.San Diego Chargers: Are the Chargers learning how to win or are the Giants falling that much?

12. Arizona Cardinals: Arizona so badly wants to move up the ranks but there's this little thing called inconsistency keeping them out of the top ten.
