Are any of you bilinguals without a degree? Well I am, and I speak Spanish, and English very well. But, for the past seven years I have not been rewarded for what I know, which is two languages I can speak, write, and read very well. I think part of the reason is, because I do not have a degree, but
I am an experience worker in many fields. But, from my past experiences I'm going to explain how my pay was abused in private prisons, where I was employed before, and why this beautiful country needs to pay their bilingual employees more money, because they are not being rewarded for their hard work.

Non-Degree Bilinguals Make No Money #1: My pay was abused as a bilingual

Thanks for the comment, Erin Snap I agree with you, but the U.S. needs to really do something about Bilingual's pay, by increasing it.laterz.

I know what you mean. At my last job bilinguals only made 50 cents more an hour than unilinguals (is that a word)? Unfortunately, very often people with degrees, whether they speak Spanish or Klingon, aren't making any money in today's economy. It all depends on the degree.
