Sammy Sosa's Skin Tone Still in the News
Sammy Sosa has nearly white skin. You can see Sammy Sosa "before and after via the link I have below. I've already done a couple of articles on Sammy Sosa's skin color and have had a chance to show the readers the before and after. There is no question that Sammy is much lighter.
Christian Red and Isaac Lopez have written an article in The New York Daily News titled "Former Cubs slugger Sammy Sosa denies suffering from skin condition that plagued Michael Jackson." The condition was vitiligo. Additionally we even checked around the world with "The Pakistan News."
Despite getting answers the news just won't leave the "arena."
It fascinates me that we are still talking about the topic after three days.
Sammy Sosa seems to be a little surprised himself. He did reveal that this was a facial issue only.
He did say that he "Was doing very well thanks to God."
I should say that the basic information doesn't change. However we now find that Sammy Sosa is using a special crème that he is possibly working on a contract to endorse. It is supposed to be in certain areas of the face.
However, other people from the Cubs' organization say that Sammy is simply following programs used by women for rejuvenation.
So according to our sources Sammy Sosa by his own admission does not have vitigilo; Sammy Sosa is not bleaching his skin to turn whit and he doesn't have anything else wrong with him.
So here is the way I would like to leave it is:
Sammy Sosa is a past Chicago Cubs player (my team) who played in an overwhelming number of daytime games. He wanted to restore his facial skin tone. As a result it has made him look much whiter.
Or, perhaps Sammy Sosa has a condition, vitiligo, that he is being treated for or he really does want have lighter skin for whatever personal reason he may have.
Is there a reason that Sammy Sosa may have been more prone to get vitiligo? Yes, he used steroids which could lend a shadow to baseball statistics.
It is amazing Sammy Sosa has to proclaim he is not a "racist."
It's time to leave the guy alone.
