Edward Duncan: Justice Denied
The Best Little Whore House in Texas: Montgomery County
Here is a little gem of justice called Montgomery County Texas, in this county the U.S. Constitution hasn't existed for a long, long time.On April 18th 2003 Edward (Eddie) Duncan was driving his car in Montgomery County Texas, it's unclear why he was pulled over by Trooper Mcanarney, he wasn't speeding or in violation of any traffic law, but pulled over he was. What follows is a perfect example of a county, who makes its own laws and ignores the U.S. Constitution that is so frightening it should serve as a cautionary tale to all U.S. Citizens.
Now to set the stage, Mr. Duncan was pulled over by Trooper Mcanarney, a Trooper was that fired for cause shortly after this arrest was made. Mr. Duncan and the Trooper were recorded on dash cam video, a video that clearly shows Mr. Duncan obeying the instructions of this so called law enforcement professional. The police report clearly states that Mr. Duncan refused to roll his window down, the video clearly shows this is false.
Mr. Duncan clearly provides proper ID, Insurance, and DL, the Trooper for no apparent reason orders Mr. Duncan from his car. Mr. Duncan refuses since the Trooper can provide no explanation for the stop. Then on video Trooper Mcanarney contacts another Trooper, they discuss on video "getting him and teaching him a lesson", and "What can we get him on".
Mr. Duncan is arrested for "Interfering with a Public Servant", and is released on bond. Now its 6 years later, and the original Judge is retired and the matter is now in the court of Judge Dennis Watson. Mr. Duncan arrives at the court house and the entire courtroom of those with pending hearings are given a form either requesting an attorney or waiving an attorney. Except Mr. Duncan, he is given no form and clearly states he wants an attorney.
He doesn't get one and is remanded for trial, yes trial. The trial, yes they held a trial, it lasted 2 days, he was found guilty, with no attorney wow what a surprise and given a 6 month sentence. Thats right, 6 months in jail because two Montgomery County Troopers were going to teach Mr. Duncan a lesson.
