Black Friday Deals 2009 and Ads: Target, Walmart Perfect for Bargain Hunters
Black Friday 2009 Deals Are Perfect Opportunities to Give Back
Black Friday deals 2009 keep rolling out. The deals in 2009 will be better than any Black Friday deals in the past. This year, retailers like Walmart and Target are counting on the day after Thanksgiving - aka Black Friday - to bring their dismal sales back into the black. What kind of deals can we expect to find this year? For starters, electronics, netbooks, laptops, and TVs are hot items that you can save a lot of money on. Recently, Best Buy had a one-day only sale where you could buy a Toshiba laptop for $249.99. The deal quickly sold out. A leaked Office Max Black Friday 2009 ad indicated that you could buy an ACER netbook for $149.99. (I recently purchased an ACER at Walmart and took it back. But for $149.99, I would have definitely kept it).
Walmart has a great sale going on for parents extending beyond Black Friday 2009. There are 100 toys at Walmart on sale for $10 each. This makes shopping for the little ones easy, even if money is tight.
Walmart also has a variety of great BlackBerry handsets on sale from a variety of cell phone providers including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Walmart shoppers can purchase a handset with a 2 year contract and receive mail-in rebates from the providers and a $100 Walmart gift card to boot. This makes several handsets absolutely free - the most amazing Black Friday deal of 2009. Best of all, the deal is early, and it started today.
Target has also upped the ante this year, offering a variety of $3 appliances for Black Friday shoppers. During the 2009 Black Friday shopping season, Target shoppers can get gifts for the women in their life that are in need of new appliances. You can also get children's clothing for between $3 and $7, a $246 32 inch TV, a TomTom for $97, and a camcorder for $39.
Of course, other retailers are offering great deals this Black Friday season as well. Sears recently advertised a set of energy efficient washer and dryers for under $600 - roughly ½ price. In addition, Sears has weekly doorbuster savings each and every Saturday morning.
