Denver, CO, October 18, 2006 - Fusing MP3 technology with the ancient practice of Yoga, Yogadownload.com recently launched the first complete virtual Yoga studio. Owner Jamie Kent designed Yogadownload.com to make Yoga's benefits accessible, affordable and ultimately, portable, for all.

The idea for Yogadownload.com first came to Jamie when she was visiting a friend, and fellow yoga practitioner, in San Diego. "We wanted to go to a park on the beachfront and do some yoga. So we went to the park and fumbled through some of the poses we were familiar with, but there was a marked absence of flow that you usually get from a real yoga class. I thought about how nice it would be to have a class on an iPod that we could have played together and taken a real class in the park that day."

Yogadownload.com provides professional quality audio MP3 files of guided online yoga classes and other fitness workouts, catering to a wide range of styles, experience levels and strengths. Each class is accompanied by professional music and can be played on any iPod or other MP3 player, computer or compatible cell phone.

The process for purchasing and downloading files from the website www.yogadownload.com and uploading onto an MP3 player, or making a CD, are similar to the process for downloading and uploading any other MP3 file. The classes range in price from $1.95 to $5.95, and once purchased, can be played by the purchaser without limit.

Kent notes that "with Yogadownload.com people from all over the globe have access to a library of quality, inexpensive yoga classes that they can use over and over again. And the best part is that they can take a class in any room of their house, or anywhere they want, anytime they want. It is like a 24-hour-a-day personal yoga studio for everyone!"

Kent has high hopes for the future and many innovative plans for her virtual yoga studio. In addition to adding new classes every two weeks, with varying instructors and styles, she will be offering printable companion guides that show proper form for the corresponding poses for each class.
