How to Cure Parasites with Salmon Oil, Herbs
Salmon oil is a health supplement that contains omega-three fatty acids. These fats are good for heart, brain and skin health. The American Heart Association recommends eating omega-three fatty acids each day to reduce triglyceride levels in the blood. Triglycerides are bad fats that clog arteries. Salmon oil has also been used in combination with natural home remedies to rid the body of parasites.
Step 1
Go to your local health food store and buy a bottle of salmon oil along with other supplements such as black walnut hull, wormwood capsules and cloves. You can buy fresh herbs or capsules. Be sure the capsules are concentrated with 300 mg or more potency for each type of herb.
Step 2
Each morning take one tablespoon of salmon oil. If you bought dried herbs put one TBS of each herb in a glass of water and drink down. Otherwise take two capsules of each herb with a glass of water. Wait one hour before eating breakfast or drinking your morning coffee.
Step 3
Drink eight to ten glasses of purified water each day. You need to drink plenty of water so that your body can flush out parasites. You may not see any parasites for the first few days.
