Renaissance Fairs in California in October and November

My fine lords and ladies; harken to my words for what I speak is true. Renaissance fairs are medieval fun for all ages. And there are several to attend in California from October through November.

California City Renaissance Festival - Located approximately 110 miles north of Los Angeles in California City, California. This fair will be held October 20^th - 21^st from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm on Saturday and 11:00 am - 5:00 pm on Sunday. Parking will be free. Tickets are $3. Those who wish to dress in period costume will be required to keep weapons sheathed and peace-tied. Visitors will be entertained by exotic belly dancers, exciting sword fighting, impressive rapier demonstrations, surprising feats of magic, boisterous comedy, engaging music, and much more. Folsom Renaissance Faire - Located approximately 23 miles east of Sacramento in Folsom, California. This fair will be held October 20^th - 21^st from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm on Saturday and 10:00 am - 5:00 pm on Sunday. Parking will be $5. Tickets will be $12 for adults, $7 for seniors, $7 for kids ages 6 - 12, and free for children ages 6 and under. Students who provide proof of school assignment (form available on the fair website) can receive a discounted price. Those wishing to attend in costume must keep weapons sheathed and peace-tied. Skilled knights will thrill with jousting tournaments, storytellers will delight and amuse with many tales, musicians and dancers will amaze with their fine talents.
