Walmart Black Friday 2009 Sales, Ad, and Deals: Awesome Ad for Walmart Black Friday Sales Leaked
Walmart Leaked Part of Their Black Friday 2009 Ad
Walmart Black Friday 2009 sales are very popular. The 2009 Black Friday Walmart ad that was leaked showed that they have some of the best deals in any town. Black Friday shoppers can score cheap TVs, computers, toys, and apparel all under one roof. Where else in America can you do that? Not many places. With many consumers strapped for cash, people are trying to "save money, live better" by shopping at the Arkansas Based Retailer. At first, Walmart kept their ad under tight lips. They didn't want their competitors to be able to adjust their sales to beat that of Walmart. With many tough competitors such as Target and Best Buy leaking their ads early, the retailer decided to follow suit. Consumers aren't disappointed. Among the best deals are a 50" Sanyo HDTV for $598, a $78 Blu-Ray player, and a $59 TomTom.
Parents can also find $3 children's sleepwear and $7 reversible fleece jackets. Walmart is running a "100 toys for $10 or less" promotion throughout the season, and on the day after Thanksgiving many shoppers will be delighted to see that many toys are even more discounted.
Why did Walmart change their mind about leaking their Black Friday ad before the November 23rd release date? According to the Christian Science monitor, the retailer was contacted by the founder of BlackFriday.info. Slowly, Walmart realized that the power of advertisement lies in the internet. They can't stop the internet, and wanted to reach a wide variety of users before they checked out to ready themselves for Thanksgiving.
Walmart got the best of both worlds. Their ad is among the last to have been released. They are the most highly anticipated sales for the Black Friday 2009 shopping day. Now that people know what's going on at the store they can get excited and make plans to stop there instead of at one of the competitors.
