I am always in search of a great deal, and at just a dollar a roll for the dollar store brand, I didn't think I could find a better steal! I soon learned that cheap in price usually meant cheap in quality as well. After many complaints and whining from the man of the house about spills and messes, I decided to break down and splurge on name brand trash bags. Annoyed at having to purchase name brand bags for such a high price, I gathered all my coupons and headed for the local WalMart.
